Meet Angela

As a Certified Public Accountant, Trusted Advisor and Executive Coach who began my career in the Big 4 working at Deloitte and Arthur Anderson before transitioning to Controller, CFO and Entrepreneur.  I will proudly tell you I loved every aspect of each role and will credit my success to an unwavering belief in the importance of integrity, relationships, trust, and passion. Without integrity and strong relationships, trust is unattainable. Without passion, work is just work, so my guiding philosophy is simple: listen and deliver value and never forsake the relationship.

As the Immediate Past Chair for the Colorado Society of CPAs Board of Directors and the Board Treasurer for Girls Scouts of Colorado, I am dedicated to the development of our future leaders. I am the Founder and CEO of Mindset of Leadership and Aclivity, LLC, a 15-year successful Consulting, Staffing and Placement company where I am passionate about building excellent teams and mentoring emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. 

As a Mindset of Leadership Coach and Trainer I teach the value of self-awareness, trust, and upgrading your skills and mindset to become the most successful and effective leader you can be.  I have taught C-Level Executives, US Military, Fortune 500, Entrepreneurs, and private growing organizations the power of communication and teambuilding to achieve excellence and results-based decisions.
